Based in the Atlanta area, Todd brings nearly two decades of leadership experience across the landscape industry and related sectors, combining a strong financial and strategic background with a disciplined approach to operational execution.
In his role as President of Maintenance Operations, Todd leads Russell Landscape’s commercial maintenance platform across its multi-state footprint. He is responsible for driving operational performance, customer retention, service quality, profitable growth, and the continued development of the company’s field and management teams. His leadership focuses on building consistent operating standards across branches while empowering local teams to take ownership of their people, customers, and financial results.
Todd is known for his hands-on leadership style, clear communication, and commitment to accountability and continuous improvement. He works closely with branch leaders and account management teams to strengthen customer relationships, improve labor and resource efficiency, expand ancillary service opportunities, and deliver sustainable margin performance.
