Scott Tanner, RLA, leads Russell’s Design+Build Team in performing projects throughout the Southeast. Scottis a member of the American Society of Landscape Architects, the United States Green Building Council, and he is a CLARB certified Landscape Architect licensed in Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee, Alabama and Texas. Scott began his career 40 years ago installing trees, lighting and irrigation on Hilton Head Island, SC and Skidaway Island, GA. With decades of landscape construction and design experience, Scott brings our Russell team and customers innovative and practical solutions to project design, budgeting, installation and scheduling.
