Alx Bettis is the Director of Sales Operations at Russell Landscape, where she leads the systems, metrics, and processes that drive scalable revenue growth across maintenance, construction, retention, and ancillary services. She partners closely with executive leadership to improve pipeline visibility, forecasting accuracy, CRM discipline, and overall sales execution.
With a data‑driven and collaborative leadership style, Alx focuses on aligning commercial strategy with operational capacity and financial targets, enabling teams to move faster and perform more consistently.
Outside of work, Alx enjoys playing tennis and spending time with her three children.
