Kristin Serves as Senior Executive Assistant to Teddy Russell, CEO, and Will Pereira, President, at Russell
Landscape Group. In this role, she supports the leadership team across all facets of executive operations, including complex calendar management, high-volume communication handling, contract oversight, event and travel coordination, and multi-state operational workflows. With more than 15 years of experience as a C-suite Executive Assistant, she provides a strong operational backbone to Georgia’s largest privately held commercial landscape firm. Known for discretion, systems thinking, and operational efficiency, Kristin thrives in high-trust environments where precision and sound judgment are essential. She resides in Atlanta, Georgia, and is the mother of two children, Austin, a recent UGA electrical engineering graduate, and Melia, who is currently pursuing her nursing degree.
