Vice President of Systems and Strategy
Jennifer Calver joined Russell Landscape in 2019 as a Branch Administrator responsible for streamlining
systems and processes to improve operational efficiencies. Prior to joining Russell, Jennifer spent 20 years in the aquatics industry, where she was internationally recognized as an industry leader in developing programs and curricula which are still regarded as the aquatics industry standard. Jennifer served Russell as Operations Controller prior to serving as VP of Systems and Strategy. Jennifer now leads Russell software development, the ‘Skunkworks’ team and operational finance in the ongoing pursuit of improving customer experience through business efficiency.
