Vice President of Customer Service
Brandon is the Vice President of Customer Service for Russell Landscape, leading customer experience, retention strategy, and account management across all branches. Since joining the company in 2000, he has advanced through multiple leadership roles, helping build the systems and teams that strengthen long-term client partnerships. He oversees service recovery programs and company-wide communication standards. Brandon holds a degree in Horticulture from Auburn University and is a Georgia Certified Landscape Professional with additional industry credentials.
