Director of Enhancements
Benjamin brings more than two decades of experience in the green industry, supported by a lifelong foundation in agriculture, plant science, and field operations. Beginning his career at a young age, he developed a deep understanding of land management, operational discipline, and the technical expertise required to build and sustain high-performing landscape organizations.
As Director of Enhancements, Benjamin oversees Russell Landscape Group’s Ancillary operations, supporting performance across Georgia and collaborating with branches in Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Florida. His leadership focuses on internal optimization, business development, and sales accountability to ensure consistent growth, operational excellence, and long-term profitability.
Benjamin partners closely with Branch and Account Managers to strengthen estimating accuracy, improve production efficiency, and elevate margin performance while building sustainable sales pipelines. By aligning disciplined systems with strategic growth initiatives, he helps ensure Russell delivers reliable, high-quality solutions that enhance property value and create lasting client relationships.
