Executive Assistant
Kimberly serves as Executive Assistant to the Vice President of Maintenance at Russell Landscape. She provides strategic and operational support across all facets of the organization. Her role includes high-volume communications, travel and event coordination, complex calendar management, and oversight of multi-state operational workflows across all branches within Russell. She brings extensive experience supporting operations across diverse markets. With an educational background in contracts, she also supports the operations side of our merger and acquisition team. Recognized for efficiency, accuracy, and sound judgment, she plays a key role in facilitating effective decision-making and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Her work reflects the company’s core values of faith and family, pursuit of knowledge, and integrity, which guide her commitment to operational excellence and trusted partnership. Originally based in Atlanta, she now supports the organization remotely from Virginia Beach.
